The project explores the relationship between memory, territory, and color through micro-histories of Tàrrega’s local flora. Drawing on black-and-white photographs from the ACUR collection, Piwar investigates the visual presence of plant species throughout history and experiments with extracting natural dyes from them. The result is a fusion of archival images and contemporary dyeing techniques - a visual dialogue between past and present, expressed through color in the form of 45 unique samples.
